Shipping policy

ORDER SHIPPING TIMESCALES

I currently go to the Post Office once per week (generally every Friday). Please allow up to 1 week for your item(s) to be prepared before posting.

I also regularly run pre-orders for new shirts (to keep waste to a minimum) and these pre-orders are usually open for 7 days. Please ensure you read the listings on all pre-orders because they will often have a production period of generally 2 weeks before items are posted. 

Please allow the following timescales for delivery of your item(s):

  • UK - Usually received within 1 week
  • Europe - Usually received within 2 weeks
  • USA & Canada - Usually received within 2-4 weeks. It may take longer if your order is held up in customs or if you didn't select Tracked shipping, so please keep that in mind.
  • Rest of World - Usually received within 2-6 weeks. As above, it may take longer if your order is held up in customs or if you didn't select Tracked shipping.

TRACKING ON SHIPPING

UK orders: are sent First Class, Signed For or Tracked 24/48, depending on your selection. Larger orders are sent via Special Delivery.

International orders: If you didn't pay for tracking then you don't get tracking on your order.

If you selected Airmail (Not tracked) you will receive a shipping notification but you won't receive any tracking information and I cannot provide you with any at a later date. This is a cheaper service and you get what you pay for. Furthermore, this mail service can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered in some cases. For a quicker service and peace of mind, I suggest the tracked option.

If you selected Airmail (Tracked) you will receive a shipping notification that will include your tracking information via email or SMS. Please bear in mind that it can take a few days for the tracking information to update in some cases. There may be times when you receive the shipping notification first, followed by a second notification which includes your tracking info. 

All International orders that are larger than a letter in size are sent tracked only to ensure safe receipt of your item(s).

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

If you input your address incorrectly on checkout *I am not responsible if your item(s) go missing*

If your item is returned to us as undelivered we will contact you via email to check your address details. If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address you will need to pay the postage again before we resend the item(s). If you choose to not have the item(s) redelivered we will refund you minus the cost of shipping, plus a cancellation/restock fee of £5 if you purchased using PayPal as your payment method. The fee is charged because we incur non-refundable fees on sales made via PayPal.

RETURNED MAIL

From time to time I receive mail that is returned to me. There are various reasons for this but the most common ones tend to be because the delivery address was given incorrectly or that items weren't collected from your local post office or depot after a delivery has been attempted (this is usually because the items are large or need a signature).

In both of the above scenarios I will ask you to pay the postage again before I resend the item(s).

Uncollected mail is usually kept for a minimum of 2 weeks (generally 4) in your local post office or depot before they begin the process of returning mail to me. Please ensure you check with your local mailing depot before contacting me.
