Refund policy
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations can be made before printing begins on pre-order items. On all other purchase cancellations can be made before items are shipped and not after. Please be aware that I incur payment processing fees on all purchases, and these fees are not returned to me if you cancel an order, therefore you wont receive a full refund. A cancellation fee of £5 is deducted from the refund.
Returns can be made by individual agreement - please contact me. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*As a general rule I do not accept returns on items of clothing. Please ensure that you purchase the correct size for clothing before completing your order. Size guides can be found on the clothing product pages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
